Details

Bridlington Old Town Heritage Open Days will be held on Saturday 9th September and Sunday 10th September, from 10.30am to 4pm.

Look out for the H signs on many Old Town buildings. Explore the Bridlington Old Town Trail looking out for its Blue Plaques. Follow a new Church Trail exploring local churches and the magnificent Bridlington Priory, founded in 1113. See newly commissioned wood and stone carvings at the Priory by nationally renowned sculptor Stephen Carvill.

There will be 'Art at the Priory', Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday 12noon-4pm.
Calling all artists to take their choice of media & be inspired to be creative. Children invited to be artists too. Paper and paints provided. Cream teas available.

A concert will be held at The Priory Church on Saturday 9th September at 7.30pm. Entitled ‘The Impossible Dream’ it is Songs from the Shows. Tickets are £5 available from Bridlington Spa or on the door.

There will be free entry to the Bayle Museum on Saturday 9th September. Meet the Lords Feoffees and learn about their history.

Browse the many galleries on High Street and Market Place, Old Town, Bridlington.

An event to showcase local groups and what they are doing to promote and preserve our magnificent and diverse local heritage will be held in the Priory Rooms. 'It's all about HERITAGE' will be held from 10.30am-4pm.
Learn more about William Kent and about Bridlington’s Georgian architecture. There will be illustrated talks throughout the day on ‘The Landing of the Queenes Maiestie in the Bay of Burlington’.
