Opened 1st December 2008 Beach Life Apartments provide comfortable tranquil luxury accommodation including free parking, easy access, full kitchen, top quality furniture and beds (super-king size (or twin) to the bedroom and a sofa-bed of the highest quality to the living room), flat screen TV and DVD. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath and a large mirror. It can be reached across a hallway from the living room or bedroom so privacy is maintained for everyone. Central heating and double-glazing add to the comfort. No extra charges are made for the heating and the linen is also provided free.


Go on to the viewing terrace and enjoy the spectacular views of the whole North Bay and then retreat to the quiet, west facing balcony and the sheltered garden. The access from the street via the car park or the beach entrance can be done without any steps and the lift goes to all floors including the viewing terrace.

The beach is right outside the door and within easy walking distance are the Sea Life and Marine Sanctuary, Marine Drive, Peasholm Park, Northstead manor gardens, the miniature railway, Scarborough Indoor Bowls Centre and the Castle. Buses go to other areas of Scarborough and further a field such as York and Leeds.

Beach Life Apartments are an ideal location for couples that want to chill out in quiet luxury, young families who like the beach and those with limited mobility who want easy access and good transport links.

This apartment is right on the sea front with level direct access on to the beach. There are two lifts to all floors. The apartment has a west facing garden view with a panoramic view of the whole bay from the viewing terrace. Children welcome from any age.

By Road:
Take the A64 eastbound from the M1 at the junction for York. Follow the A64 right into Scarborough and look for signs indicating the North Bay. Follow North Bay signs right down to the seafront. Kepwick House is the curved building right on the promenade by the beach.

By Public transport:
Kepwick House is only a short taxi ride from the main railway or bus station. The buses coming from York and Leeds stop right outside, less than 100 yards away.
