Details

Garbutt farm is boardered by the Cleveland way and has stunning views. We are near the Yorkshire Gliding Club and there are local race-horse trainers nearby. Walking is paramount in the area but there are also 150 miles of bridleways in the National Park and the farm does have stables available.

Garbutt Farm house has been completely renovated to a high standard. There is an oil fired aga in the kitchen. All the rooms are light and a good size.

There is a very good public house 10 minutes walk away that does very good meals. The Moors bus goes from Sutton Bank Visitors Centre five minutes walk away. There is a telephone for 999 calls only. Children welcome from any age.

Hall/landing area without furniture Outside light provided, switch for internal lights at main door. Stairs and upstairs floor all tile/wood. Emergency exits and main exit. At each end of hallway.
