• Walkers should take care to avoid debris left on the beach by coastal erosion (concrete, metal, etc.) and should avoid walking beneath the cliff face as this could be unstable. Any wiring protruding from the cliff face should not be approached as this could be live. Please request accompanying risk assessment for a full breakdown of the risks. Live/spent ordnance has been known to be washed up along the beach near to the WWII defences. Walkers should therefore not touch/pick up any unidentified metal objects that may be unstable ordnance.
