Conference and Events Accommodation Booking Service

We offer a free service to our clients and their delegates.  We work closely with the client and secure appropriate bedroom allocations from our member accommodation providers.

These allocations are then available to delegates though the following website http://www.conferencebookings.co.uk/ and are accessed by using a unique event code.

We work closely with our member providers with whom we have built good working relationships and negotiate the best available rate.

We have a dedicated team who are available to handle booking and information enquires by telephone and email using their extensive local knowledge to assist in any way possible.

All accommodation is booked on a pro-forma invoice basis. This means that when a delegate books either through the website or over the phone with us, no deposit is paid. It will be down to the accommodation provider to invoice the delegate or organiser subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.

That is a very brief over view of the service we offer,  you will get all this fantastic support without any additional cost. We can take away the additional stress and time of planning an event by coordinating your accommodation requirements
