Eden Camp Remembrance Week

Eden Camp Remembrance Week

Details

In the week leading up to Remembrance Day on 11th November 2019, Eden Camp encourages all visitors to the museum to lay a Remembrance Rock and take a moment to pay their respects and remember the sacrifices made by all members of HM Forces to maintain our safety and freedom.

The rocks can be laid at the museum or taken away to be kept or rehidden in different locations across the country. Participants are then encouraged to post their designs and any rocks they’ve found on to the Remembrance Rocks Facebook page.

https://www.facebook.com/remembrancerocks/

The event will run for seven days from Monday 4th November until Remembrance Day on Monday 11th November 2019, when there will be a small service.

Please note that the museum will be open as normal on these days. Events are attended voluntarily and as such they may be affected by influences such as adverse weather conditions.

We advise that you contact the museum nearer the time of any event to receive confirmation of the event, admission prices and opening times.
