Homestead is located in East Heslerton, nestled between the Yorkshire Wolds and North Yorkshire Moors. With Yorkshire’s food capital, Malton, only 10 miles away and the seaside town of Scarborough within an easy drive, there’s plenty to do in the local area to keep your family and friends entertained.

Homestead is set over three floors, and we have kept as many of the original features as possible in the recent restoration, which adds to the natural charm and character of the building. The property features a spacious kitchen living area, with a handcrafted beech table that can seat 16, perfect for large parties. The kitchen living area also features comfy leather sofas around a log burning stove, so you can curl up here for a cosy night in. Outside there is a large raised patio with a seating area you can all gather in, and a hot tub where you can relax and unwind.

The house is well equipped to keep you snug in the cold winter months, with underfloor heating downstairs, central heating throughout, and even an external heated boot room. We also have an internal ventilation system which allows air to flow freely throughout the house, keeping it fresh and clean for those with allergies.

Each of our eight bedrooms are individually designed and all named after picturesque local Dales to identify them. Every room is fitted with a Sonos sound system, so you can drift off to music of your choice direct from your phone. There are three King sized and three Double sized bedrooms with spacious en-suite shower rooms. The two twin bedrooms are in the attic, and though not made for giants, are perfectly adequate for adults and children. Both attic rooms are complete with en-suites.
