All of the comforts of home, in a peaceful setting with access to as much activity as you want!

Your accommodation
Set in the sleepy hamlet of Little Barugh, AshTrees provided comfortable, light and spacious single storey accommodation furnished and maintained to a high standard.

The sitting room and kitchen have uninterrupted views over the village common. The kitchen has ample space, equipment to meet the needs of the most enthusiastic cook, as well as dining facilities which will comfortably seat 4 adults. There is a further dining room overlooking the garden and terrace which will seat up to 8 people.
All living rooms have polished pine floors and rugs.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet, hand basin and separate shower cubicle; 1 double with wash hand basin, and 1 twin. The family bathroom has bath with shower attachment, toilet and hand basin.

All bed linen, throws, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided.

All linens, tableware and appliances are to a high standard.
All rooms have central heating.
Outdoor living!
AshTrees garden provides lawn and terraced areas from which you can relax take watch the quite village life of Little Barugh pass you by, un-overlooked by immediate neighbours. Hardwood table and chairs are provided for outdoor meals and sun loungers for the more lazy days.

Access and Parking
Outside there is a garden and smooth paving block drive, allowing a car to be taken to the front door. There is parking for 4 cars and a garage for 1 car/secure storage.

All fuel and power are included.

Little Barugh offers the perfect spot to get away from it all whilst still having quick and easy access to the beautiful North Yorkshire Countryside and Coast and its renowned tourist attractions.

By Road:
Travelling north from Malton to Pickering on the A169, after 6 miles turn left at signpost for Kirby Misperton. On reaching Kirby Misperton turn right at roundabout signed for Great Barugh. Continue for 1 1/4 miles. Just after the sign on entering Little Barugh turn right and drive up the common where Ashtrees is the second house on the left.

By Public Transport:
Coastliner buses travel from Pickering/Malton/York/Leeds to Kirby Misperton 1 1/4 miles.
