Three installations by a leading contemporary British artist will go on show at Scarborough Art Gallery in the summer of 2019.

Annabel McCourt’s Suffering Arcadia comprises two brand new installations commissioned by Scarborough Museums Trust, which runs the gallery, and an existing piece.

The two new pieces are Happy Hour in the Harmful Factory and MAGA Grabber. The third piece, recently returned from Africa and on its way to China, Electric Fence, was first seen at Hull Minster as part of Hull’s UK City of Culture 2017.
