Wellness at Alpamare also sits alongside Alpamare Scarborough, a world-class waterpark which opened in 2016. So why not make a day of it, a couple of hours fun in the pool then relax and re-charge in the spa.

Live Aufguss Rituals in the Sea-View Sauna Aufguss (a German word for “infusion”) is a wellness and purification ceremony performed in the sauna, by an “Aufgussmeister”

Sauna World with a 90°C Finnish Panorama Sauna, 75°C Clay Sauna, Hay Bath, Foot Reflexology Bath, and an Ice and Aroma Shower

Hamam Magic with a Warm Centre-Stone, Herbal Steam Bath, Soap Steam Bath, Rhassoul Healing Mud Bath, and Foot Bath
Wellness Rituals uniquely crafted for Wellness at Alpamare. Guests can choose between Hamam-Relax, Detox or Sauna Vitality, each ritual taking two to three hours

Car
If you’re travelling by car, Alpamare Scarborough is easy to find. Arriving via the A171 from the north, the A170 from the west or the A64 or A165 from the south, join the A64 at the south end of the town. From there, Alpamare Scarborough and the North Bay area is clearly signposted.

We have space for for 300 cars in our Pay & Display car park.


Train
Scarborough is well connected by train. Scarborough train station is just a mile away from Alpamare Scarborough – that’s a 20 minute walk or just 6 minutes in a taxi.

Bus
There are direct buses to Scarborough from Leeds, York, Malton, Hull, Bridlington and Middlesbrough.
East Yorkshire Motor Services.
Scarborough & District are running special Park & Ride buses to Alpamare from the A64 Seamer Road site (YO12 4LW).

Discounted Alpamare tickets are available to buy on the bus.

The buses run every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday from the start of the Easter holidays until the first week of September, and every day of the week during the Easter holidays, the summer half term, July and the school summer holidays.
