Skerry Hall Farm is a traditional and historic small working farm on the edge of the North York Moors overlooking Robin Hood’s Bay and Fylingthorpe. The farm, which lies half a mile off the public road, has provided bed and breakfast accommodation since 2015.

Set in a quiet, secluded position, nestling into the hillside below heather-clad moorland, with spectacular sea views views over Robin Hood’s Bay, Skerry Hall offers the perfect bolt hole for those seeking first class accommodation in a house full of character.

You can stay in one of three individually styled beautiful rooms, each with an en-suite shower room. All rooms have HD satellite television, complimentary hospitality facilities including homemade baking, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer etc..

Room 1 is a standard double at ground floor level with a view of Robin Hood’s Bay. It has a generous shower room. Room 2 is a standard double at first floor level and has a south facing window with garden views. Room 3 is a large room with a kingsize bed, sitting area and a spectacular view across the Bay. All three rooms have independently controlled electric heating for your year-round comfort.

Breakfast is served in our breakfast/sitting room, with its stone-flagged floor and underfloor heating, which has a commanding view over the Bay. Guests are free to use this room throughout their stay.

As lovers of good food we ensure that our breakfasts feature the best of locally sourced and seasonal produce – including eggs from our own hens, sausages made by our own butcher, dry-cured bacon from a prize winning local butcher and homemade preserves. You can enjoy a full English breakfast, or one of our alternatives of your choice, including vegetarian options.

Skerry Hall Farm is well-located on the footpath network, and enjoys ready access to good cycle routes, including the Cinder Track - the former Whitby - Scarborough railway. We have secure cycle storage for our guests use and facility for bike washing in the yard.

We have adequate free car parking for three cars and free wi-fi connection to our fibre-optic broadband.

Please note that all bookings are for a minimum of two nights and we are unable to accommodate pets or children under 12 years of age.

Skerry Hall Farm is a traditional farm building on a hillside and the B&B accommodation has been provided with the limitations that this imposes with regard to access. We have one ground floor bedroom that has accommodated a wheelchair user successfully, although it has not been designed specifically for this purpose. It has level access to the guests' breakfast/sitting room. The garden is not wheelchair accessible.
