11.30am Captain Mal Nicholson, HMS Pickle – Tall Ships.
12.30pm Rob Green, UK Ambassador for Seafish.
1.30pm Martyn Hyde, award-winning chef/owner Eat Me Café, Scarborough.
2.30pm Harrison Barraclough, executive chef, The Plum and Partridge, Husthwaite.
3.30pm Dan Hargreaves, food lover, chef and award-winning Hedgehoggers Cider.

10.30am Michelin-starred chef, Andrew Pern, The Star Inn The Harbour, Whitby, and Matt Hunter from Star Inn the City, York.
11.30am Gilli Cliff, food writer and sometime sailor.
12.30pm Charlotte Cumberbirch, cook, Tall Ship – Atyla.
1.30pm Rob Green, UK Ambassador for Seafish and award-winning chef.
2.30pm Rob Clark, Clark’s Restaurant, Scarborough.
3.30pm The Cook’s Cook Off! Martyn Hyde from Eat Me Café and Dan Hargreaves from Hedgehoggers Cider.
