Our luxury third floor, two bedroom holiday apartment at the exclusive Whitby Caedmon's Prospect is centrally located in Whitby town centre opposite the newly regenerated Pannett Park. It is only a short five minute walk from the centre of town, one minute walk to the local swimming pool, a five minute walk from the train station, and a five minute walk from the Whitby beach.

Caedmon's Prospect is designed to feel like a hotel, but with all the easy going convenience of your own Whitby self catering apartment.

Approaching Whitby from the A171
At the traffic lights either turn left, if approaching form Pickering/Guisborough or straight on if approaching from Scarborough. This will take you down to Prospect Hill. At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Chubb Hill Road (Pannett Park will now be on your right). Caedmon's Prospect is prominently positioned on the left. Enter car park to front of building.

Notes

The apartment is on a single floor and accessible from the ground floor by elevator. The apartment does not have any carpets or rugs and all furniture has sufficient space to manoeuvre for wheelchair users. The only exception is the en-suite shower room which is not large in size, but the main family bathroom has plenty of space to manoeuvre. All plug points and light switches meet modern building standards and so are easy to reach. No particular modifications have been made to cater for disabled guests. N.B. Access to the apartment will require moving over carpeted floors in the communal corridors to the exterior of the apartment.
