Avondale Holiday Flats are self catering serviced flats located in Scarborough. Flat 1,2,4 and 6 have extensive sea views of the North bay and the castle.
Flat 1 and 7 are studio flats on the ground floor and have double bed, kitchenette and ensuite shower room.
Flats 2 and 4 are bay-windowed flats overlooking the sea, double bed and bunk bed, small fitted kitchen and a shower/toilet room.
Flats 3 and 5 are 2 roomed flats comprising of a lounge/kitchen area and a separate bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower/toilet room.
Penthouse flat 6 (sleeps 6) contains a lounge with a double wall bed, kitchen/dining area, separate bedroom containing double bed and bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with vanity units and corner bath with shower over. There is a separate toilet and wash basin.
Basement flat 8 sleeps 6. It has two bedrooms( bedroom one is entered through bedroom 2), there are two double beds and a bunk bed. Large living area, kitchen and bathroom with shower over.
Additionally the basement flat is dog friendly.
We provide free on street parking and free fast WiFi to all our guests. Our smart TV's allows you to use your own Netflix account. We welcome weekly stays and offer a 25% discount on our list price. Flats available for check in from 3pm and must be vacated by 11am on departure.

Road Directions
From the railway station go along Northway to the first set of traffic lights by the Police Station. Turn right down Victoria Road into Castle Road. After the traffic lights turn left at the roundabout into North Marine Road and take the second turn on the right into Queens Parade. Turn left for 100yds, flats are on the left opposite Albert Road. Access is also available from North Marine Road.
