About

Beech Farm Cottages have won the Yorkshire Tourist Board's Self-Catering Holiday of the Year Award four times so quality is assured.
Situated in a delightful location in the peaceful village of Wrelton on the edge of the North York Moors National Park you will find eight luxury cottages of varying sizes to sleep 2, 3, 4, 6 or 10 people. The six largest cottages are all rated 5 Star by the Tourist Board, the highest quality rating possible.


The cottages surround a pretty courtyard opening onto fields. Additional facilities include a heated swimming pool, sauna, walled garden with pond and barbecue area. In addition children will enjoy the large play area and paddock as well as seeing our two llamas, horse, ponies, chickens and ducks and Koi Carp. The cottages are ideally situated to explore the many attraction of North Yorkshire such as the Moors, Dales, Heritage Coast and historic walled city of York.

Road Directions

By Road: The village of Wrelton is just off the A170, 3 miles west of Pickering. Turn off A170 northwards following signpost for Wrelton, Cropton, Hartoft and Rosedale Abbey.

Follow the road into Wrelton village round sharp right corner at entrance to village. 100 yards after corner is sign on left to Beech Farm Cottages, opposite grass triangle village green. Narrow entrance into long courtyard. Reception office on left, plenty of parking at end of courtyard.

By Public Transport: 128 bus service from Pickering, Scarborough, Helmsley etc. Nearest train station Malton 8 miles, taxi or bus.
