Wharton Properties is a small, family run business based in Scarborough North Yorkshire. We let out and offer different range of properties and accommodation with the benefit of our tenants and guests dealing directly with the owner.
We have recognised the ever changing needs of modern day life. Many of our guests travel frequently either for leisure or work purposes. Presently licensed as an HMO Carlton House Guest accommodation can offer you comfortable and value for money short or long term stay. All our rooms are en-suite equipped with comfortable modern beds. We offer variety of rooms to suit the needs of our versatile guests. Large communal areas and kitchen facilities can be used on request by our long term guests or if you would like to not disturb your comfort, why not try our B&B services.
Carlton House serviced guest accommodation is situated on the popular South Cliff only 3 minute walk to the beautiful North Sea views. A stroll through the picturesque Italian gardens will lead you to the beach and the all favourite Spa complex. The guest house is located in a quiet yet popular residential area that is in very close proximity of Scarborough Town Centre and all the amenities the famous tourist destination can offer.
