About

East Cliff Cottages have some of the best views to be found in Whitby, with uninterrupted panoramic views of the harbour, piers and sea there is always something interesting to watch. The cottages are situated on a cobbled street with no through traffic, vehicle access is restricted to residents. They share a private car park which is very rare in Old Whitby. It is only a short walk to Church Street and local shops and amenities.

The old fisherman’s houses have been carefully modernised to form three ground floor apartments with two story cottages above. Each cottages has its own unique character and is completely self-contained. However, as they are next to each other they are ideal for family groups to holiday together. The balconies and terraces have garden furniture. Steps wind down through the gardens, to a private gate which gives access to a sandy beach.

All cottages are fully equipped, they all have smart TV’s and Free Wi-Fi. The bedding linen and towels ae included in the price.
