About
Our family run guest house in Whitby offers quality bed & breakfast accommodation. All our rooms are non-smoking and are appointed to a high standard, with en-suite facilities, colour television and hospitality tray in each room to ensure our guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay.
We are ideally positioned approximately 150 yards from the sea front and Whitby Pavilion, and 400 yards from the harbour and the majority of Whitby’s other tourist attractions.

Road Directions
By Road: Directions from Pickering / Teesside Roundabout. Follow signs for Whitby. At the new Park & Ride roundabout take the first exit with the garden centre to your right. Drive along Castle Road passing Sneaton Castle. Go past Lidl and along Stakesby Road and Spring Vale to a Roundabout. Take the first exit then first right immediately after Harrisons filling station onto Crescent Avenue. Follow the road round to the left. We are near the end of the row of terrace houses on the left, just before St. Hilda’s church.
