Seagull - Ground Floor Apartment ideal for those with mobility issues.
ACCOMODATION: consists of a very spacious hallway. There is a large lounge with comfortable seating, dining area and top of the range, modern, open plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed which can be split into twin beds, ample storage and an en-suite shower room. Also a family bathroom. As this apartment has a back door to the communal yard, it will accept one well-behaved dog.

Osprey- First Floor Apartment.
ACCOMMODATION: Hallway with large storage cupboard. Through to a second hallway. Spacious lounge with modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. Two steps lead down to a light and airy bedroom with a double bed which can be made into twin beds. Also a bathroom with bath. Four more steps lead down to a second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room.
