High Oaks Grange is a collection of luxury cottages and Scandinavian lodges set within 60 acres of beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Uniquely located in the North York Moors National Park, only a mile from the picturesque towns of Pickering and Thornton-le-Dale you will find your perfect holiday or short break at High Oaks Grange.

High Oaks Grange is a self-catering holiday destination comprised of a large farm house, luxury cottages, woodland lodges and glamping pods.

Set amongst the North York Moors and nestled between Pickering and Thornton-le-Dale, High Oaks Grange is ideally located for your next staycation, family break or special occasion.

If you’re a large group or family, you’ll fall in love with The Grange: our six-bedroom farm house that comfortably sleeps twelve.

With spacious, modern living and dining areas, The Grange is perfect for entertaining and special occasions. Relax by the log-burning stove in the living room, cook up a storm in the spacious kitchen diner, and unwind in the blissful 18-foot swim spa.

Smaller families and couples are sure to adore our cosy cottages. The cottages sit around a central courtyard, where you can hear the soothing sounds of our cascading water feature. Inside, you can expect modern decor that blends beautifully with our fine surroundings, a comfortable 

mix of stylish furnishings, quality appliances and luxurious touches. Each has an enclosed garden with a barbecue, outdoor seating and a private hot tub.

If you’re looking for a bit of peace and quiet in the countryside, our woodland lodges are the perfect place to retreat. Relax by the inviting fire, open a bottle from the wine cooler, and experience some pure, unadulterated bliss. And just like the cottages, each lodge comes with a private hot tub and al fresco dining area.

Those of you searching for a truly unique getaway will enjoy our glorious glamping pods, built exclusively for High Oaks Grange. Set at the highest point on our 60-acre estate, these surprisingly spacious pods have fantastic countryside views. Each pod contains a wet room with shower, a sofa, a smart TV, a kitchen area with microwave, fridge and hob, and a dining table. Our double pod is perfect for couples, and our family pods sleep up to four people.

If your family contains some four-legged members, you’ll be pleased to hear that seven of our twelve properties are dog friendly! We know how lovely it is to bring your pets away with you, which is why we wanted to ensure that the whole family could enjoy a relaxing short break in the North York Moors.
