Kale Pot Cottage

About

Kale Pot Cottage is a self catering cottage, situated alone in our paddock in glorious Newtondale, so walks start from the doorstep. There are miles of forestry tracks and the open moor just beyond – with the NY Moors Railway in between.

An 18th Century barn has been converted to create this spacious cottage which downstairs has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom plus a twin bedroom (with space for third bed) and wetroom.  The fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area upstairs have fabulous views across the dale. There’s full central heating, double glazing and a log burner in the lounge - for year-round comfort.

Outside there is ample parking, covered cycle store and washing facility, barbecue area and access to three acres of paddock.

The village of Levisham is 3 ½ miles away, the market town of Pickering 10 miles, and Whitby 15 miles.

Kale Pot Cottage is walking, cycling and dark skies friendly– and we welcome pets.
