This beautifully appointed holiday cottage has been designed to resemble a "villa" and is all on one convenient level with two en-suite bedrooms. There are three sets of patio doors leading onto a private, south-west facing patio with views over open countryside towards the Esk Valley. The private terrace has a table with parasol and chairs, pots of flowers and herbs and is perfect for al-fresco dining on sunny days and summer evenings. You can even watch the sun set over the surrounding countryside. This beautiful little cottage is fully equipped to an exceptionally high standard and with double glazing, central heating and full insulation, it is perfect for those early and late season breaks.

Lemon Cottage sleeps four persons in two bedrooms with:
•One twin bedded room with two 3ft beds & one Master bedroom with a sumptuous king sized bed.
•Both bedrooms have fully tiled en-suite shower rooms with WC & wash hand basin.
•The comfortable bedrooms use rich sumptuous fabrics to great effect with co-ordinated curtains, runners and cushions.
•Both rooms have a hairdryer and radio alarm clock with iPod dock.
•All beds are made up ready for your arrival with towels and shower mats provided.
•Lemon Cottage is fully equipped to a high standard and beautifully appointed with quality fixtures and fittings providing a real sense of comfort, luxury and style.
•Offering spacious open plan living with a Collins & Heyes sofa, chair and footstool and dining table with four leather chairs. The oak style furniture, beautiful soft furnishings and finishing touches give a sense of class.
•The large patio doors to all rooms give a fabulous feeling of brightness and space with direct access onto the private outside terrace.
•The lovely kitchen has lots of storage, a fitted oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and is fully equipped.

•Cleaning products and dishwasher tablets are available in the accommodation.

Lemon Cottage is situated on our Seaview Holiday Park. All clients of Lemon Cottage have access to the facilities on Seaview Holiday Park and our 'sister' park Northcliffe Holiday Park which is adjacent. Lemon Cottage is approx. 200 metres from the local bus stop and approx. 800 metres down bottoms Lane where there is a cafe bar - play parks - football pitches and access to the Cleveland Way Coastal Footpath. There is a direct access from Seaview Holiday Park onto the Old Railway Track where you can walk or Cycle to Whitby (3 miles) or Robin Hoods Bay (2 miles). Children welcome from any age.

Road Directions We are 4 miles south of Whitby on the A171. Turn left onto the B1447 (signposted High Hawsker & Robin Hood's Bay). Go through Hawsker Village at the top of the hill turn left at the parks sign onto Bottoms Lane. Lemon cottage is located on our Seaview Holiday Park (200metres).Public Transport Directions ARRIVA bus 93 and X93 from Whitby to High Hawsker. You need to get the bus that goes via Robin Hood's Bay.
