Set over one level with open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room (en-suite to 2nd bedroom). Each bedroom has a tv and cleverly designed hanging space. Private parking and patio area with garden furniture and barbeque. Can be let as a 2 person option at discounted rate.

Washing machine and tumble dryer available for use at farmhouse on-site.

Road Directions

A64 (2.0mi, 3.2km) At roundabout after Staxton village traffic lights, take first left exit onto B1261. Continue through Seamer village, approx 1 mile, until approaching the next roundabout. North End Farm can be seen on the left Immediately before the roundabout. Turn left into driveway before roundabout. A170 (2.0mi, 3.2km) Continue on A170 until village of East Ayton. At mini roundabout take 2nd exit onto B1261, Seamer. At next roundabout tke 2nd exit (straight ahead) onto Main Street. Take 1st right turn into driveway immediately after roundabout. North End Farm can be seen an approach to roundabout on right.

Public Transport Directions

Seamer Rail Station (1.5mi, 2.4km) From Seamer train station take the B1261 (Station Road) to the roundabout, continue straight over onto Scarborough Road. Take first left off the next roundabout into Main Street and turn right Immediately into driveway of Guest House. North End Farm can be seen ahead, on approach to roundabout.  

Public transport buses run regularly through Seamer with bus stops 20 yards away.
