Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks are two (adjacent) family owned and personally managed award-winning parks situated in the beautiful North York Moors National Park with access to the fabulous Heritage Coast & Cleveland Way Coastal Footpath.

There is direct access from Seaview Holiday Park onto The Cinder Track - formally the Whitby-to-Scarborough railway and now a designated cycle, footpath and bridleway which takes you directly to Whitby or Robin Hood's Bay. A short stroll will take you to Hawsker village and pub.

Northcliffe Holiday Park is adjacent to Oakham Woods and stream (a SSSI) and with the Cleveland Way coastal footpath bordering the park you can walk along the magnificent Heritage Coast into Whitby or Robin Hood's Bay.

A fabulous location:

Probably one of the best locations on the North Yorkshire Heritage Coast with breath-taking sea and countryside views and perfect for exploring the coast, Moors and surrounding countryside.
•There are fabulous walks directly from the parks, leaflets are available from reception showing the network of walks.
•There is direct access onto The Cleveland Way Coastal footpath from Northcliffe- Whitby four miles - Robin Hood's Bay three miles.
•There is direct access onto The Cinder Track from Seaview - Whitby three miles - Robin Hood's Bay two miles. Only 800m to the local bus stop & 1150m to Hawsker Village & Pub from Seaview Holiday Park.
•The picturesque villages of Goathland (Aidensfield in TV's Heartbeat) and Grosmont (home of the North York Moors Steam Railway) are both approximately 11 miles from the parks.
•The lively resort of Scarborough is 17 miles away.

Our exclusive 5-Star 'dog free' seasonal park offers a range of pitches, from our superb value premium pitches to our ultimate premium plus pitch with escalonia hedging & individual services. All of our pitches are 'all weather' gravel pitches with mains services either close to or on your individual pitch.

Our seasonal touring park is open from 7th March to 30th November, you may bring your caravan onto the parks on 1st March so that you can set it up ready for you, your family and close friends to occupy from 7th March. Sorry but we do not accept tents, nor do we accept touring caravans or motor homes on a nightly or weekly basis, all our pitches are let for a full season only.

If you would like to apply for a seasonal pitch please visit our website to complete our online application form, or call us on 01947 880477. Once a pitch has been offered to you a £250.00 deposit will be required to secure your pitch. If we do not have any pitches available we will add your details to our waiting list and contact you when a pitch is available.

Road Directions By Road: We are situated 4 miles south of Whitby on the A171 - turn left onto the B1447 (Signposted High Hawsker and Robin Hood's Bay) through Hawsker village for 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Bottoms Lane - Reception is 800 metres down the lane.Public Transport Directions By Public Transport: Arriva Bus 93 and X93 from Whitby to High Hawsker. You need to get the bus that goes via Robin Hood's bay. Please see our website for more public transport info and links.
