About

A family run guest house located in a Victorian property on Rutland Terrace overlooking the beach and Scarborough's North Bay, Phoenix Court offers 12 en-suite rooms, breakfast room, and a licensed honesty bar in the sea view guest lounge. We are unique in this area as we have our own guest's car park. You will always find a warm welcome and a very friendly base for your stay in Scarborough and an excellent location from which to explore the wider North Yorkshire area.

We offer a warm, friendly stay and as such, receive a high percentage of repeat customers who regularly send along their family and friends to stay too.

In an area of limited and constricted parking we benefit from having our own car park on the side of the building for the exclusive use of our guests. We are centrally located near the Castle and are a ten minute stroll to either bay, the town centre or the popular tourist attractions Scarborough has to offer.

Our light and spacious breakfast room, guest lounge with honesty bar and one king sized bedroom are all situated on the ground floor. All other rooms are accessed by stairs.

We are highly rated on TripAdvisor, booking.com, google and continue to be featured in the Good Hotel guide.
