Primrose Hill Farmhouse is a delightful cottage style farmhouse situated in the pictureque village of Hutton le Hole and overlooking the beck. The cottage offers spacious high quality and homely accommodation.

The farmhouse style kitchen has a cosy feeling with its Rayburn range, giving the option for cooking. An electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier make up the rest of the facilities. The pantry houses the fridge/freezer and also provides storage space.

In the lounge there is an open fire, TV, digital radio and DVD player. With its leather settee, armchair and rocking chair it is an ideal room in which to relax.

Sleeping five, the upstairs layout comprises the master bedroom with a kingsize bed, whilst the family room has a kingsize and a single bed. Also upstairs is the bathroom with bath, shower-over-bath, shaver socket, wc, washbasin and an electric towel rail.

Parking and the enclosed garden are to the rear of the property overlooking the owner's fields with their sheep and horses. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

A great place for walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers or just a place to relax.

Road Directions

By Road: From the A170 turn north just east of Kirkbymoorside, following the signs for Hutton le Hole. After 3 miles you will drop down the hill, pass the 30 mph signs and enter the village. The farmhouse is in the first group of buildings on the right hand side. It is the only cottage with a blue door in the village! We suggest you drive past the cottage, turn round at the top of the village and then drive up the sloping track in front of the cottage. Follow the track round the back of the building

Public Transport Directions

By Public Transport: From Malton bus/train station: During the summer period, catch the bus to Pickering, then catch the Moorsbus to Hutton le Hole. You can even ask the driver to stop in front of the cottage.
