An image of Rains Farm Holiday Cottages

We recently undertook a major refurbishment of our holiday cottages. We are an adults only holiday cottage complex, youngsters over the age of 14 accepted. This ensures a very peaceful stay even in the main holiday periods. Wonderful rural location with beautiful panoramic views. Six cottages sleep from 2 to 8 people. Two cottages are all ground floor for people with mobility issues. Farmhouse Cottage sleeps up to 8 in 4 en suite bedrooms.  Central for North York Moors, Yorkshires Heritage Coast & Yorkshire Wolds. York is only around 30 mins away, Pickering only 6 miles and is where the NYM Steam Railway is based. The train runs through stunning moorland scenery, many trains go all the way through to Whitby. Excellent meals on the dining service too!

There are lots of attractions in the area, plenty of great days out and wonderful places to eat.

Are you dreaming of a peaceful, beautiful place to stay away from the crowds? Rains Farm can offer you wonderful accommodation in a beautiful, tranquil rural setting.

Cottages sleep from 2 to 5 people. Dove sleeps 2 and has an en suite bedroom, Granary, Wren & Orchard sleep up to 4 in 2 bedrooms each, Primrose sleeps up to 5 in 3 bedrooms and Farmhouse Cottage sleeps up to 8 in 4 en-suite bedrooms.

Dove and Orchard cottages are all ground floor and perfect for people with mobility issues.
