An image of Rains Farm Bed & Breakfast

Our adults only bed and breakfast accommodation allows guests to enjoy a very peaceful place to stay, relax and enjoy the countryside and wildlife. Rains Farm Bed & Breakfast commands a wonderful, peaceful location amidst beautiful unspoilt countryside, yet within an easy drive of tourist attractions including Pickering, North York Moors, Dalby Forest (The Great Yorkshire Forest) Yorkshire coastal resorts of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey. We are only a short drive to Malton, York, Castle Howard and Helmsley. Why not come and enjoy great hospitality, delicious food, an abundance of peace, amazing birds and wildlife who make this very special place their home too!

Guests can enjoy Bed and Breakfast in our historic 17th century farmhouse which has been cleverly and lovingly adapted to offer delightful en suite bedrooms with lots of character and quaint features.

Double or twin ensuite rooms, one twin en suite room being on the ground floor with a 'walk in shower' ideal for people who cannot manage steps. All rooms have showers and toilets en suite, some en suites are compact as they have been designed to fit into a 17th century farmhouse. The large lounge has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area at one end exclusive for guests who are welcome to use these facilities (the owners have a seperate kitchen and lounge in their own wing of the house).

No stag or hen parties. No college or student groups accepted.
