Wow what a view we've got here across the sweep of Filey Bay. From our sloping clifftop setting you can walk to the beach below down a steep path that leads through a wooded ravine and right onto the golden sand within minutes. And we've got our own nature trail great for spotting seabirds and newts. Not to mention our Lazy River for a gentle float and our golf course with its own wonderful views of the sea. This is a place where youll enjoy an eyeful of beauty at every turn. Highlights include our indoor pool and outdoor Lazy River which are very popular with our guests. The path to our beach is quite steep but it'll get you safely from the middle of our park and on to the sandy beach in just a few minutes.

From up on the cliffs we get wide sweeping sea views. You can even see the sea from our 140 acre, 9-hole, par 34 golf course. Our bar and restaurant terrace opens out on to a beer garden and play area. You can go on a lovely walk from our park over to the RSPB's seabird centre at Bempton Cliffs. Seaside resorts like Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough are all just a short drive away.
