Tucked away in a quiet corner of the North York Moors National Park, just four miles from the market town of Helmsley, these luxurious designer tree houses bring wilderness and indulgence hand in hand. Each lodge sleeps 6 people in three ensuite bedrooms and has an open plan living area with stylish revolving Italian woodburner (started fuel provided), 60” SMART TV, PlayStation4 with DVD and Blu-ray, Roberts digital sound system and ipod docking station.
Guests have exclusive use of their own in-built sauna and outside hot tub with garden seating, sun loungers, electric BBQs and leisure towels all provided. Inside, the kitchen is superbly equipped with American style fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, and dedicated wine fridge. Designer soft furnishings and original art are key features, as are numerous finishing touches such as complimentary bathrobes for use during your stay and a free chauffeur service when dining out at the owner’s pub The Fairfax Arms.
The lodges are open all year round and benefit from underfloor heating and a large boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as plenty of storage space for outdoor gear.
Studford Lodges are in the National Park just 19 miles north of York and 13 miles from Thirsk. They are the prefect escape for anyone looking for something different and are especially popular among walkers and cyclists, families, and couples.

Road Directions
By Road: From the North (A19) Take the exit signposted ‘A170, Thirsk, Scarboro’ and keep in the right hand lane. Turn right towards the roundabout, then go straight across the roundabout (first exit) towards Thirsk town centre. At the mini roundabout turn right (third exit) towards Sutton Bank. Follow this road for 9 miles, passing through Sutton under Whitestone Cliff and Sutton Bank, until you reach the signpost for ‘Wass, Ampleforth, Coxwold’. Take this right turn and follow this unmarked road for ¾ mile. Studford Luxury Lodges is located on the left hand side of the road.
