The Shepherd’s Hut at No.2 is the perfect place to escape, relax and unwind. Hidden away inside its own garden, the Shepherd’s Hut is an oasis of bamboo and ferns with a beautiful green and gold interior.

No.2 is a wonderful place to celebrate special occasions- our guests have celebrated birthdays, become engaged and even visited for their honeymoon. Luxury upgrades are available to give these special occasions that extra ‘wow’ factor- with flowers, handmade chocolates, balloons and champagne available in various combinations. We can also include hot tub preheats and fluffy robe hire, so that you can start your celebrations from the moment you arrive.

The Scandinavian hot tub is wood-fired, and completely private due to the abundance of trees and plants in the garden. With the outdoor lighting, and the water feature trickling away in the background, it’s a romantic place to spend an evening.

Hungry? You don’t need to venture outside- inside the Shepherd’s Hut is a fully equipped kitchen and the fire bowl outside can be transformed into a BBQ, cooking pot or skillet for chefs who fancy trying their hands at alfresco cooking. A number of local takeaways also deliver to our location.

The Shepherd's Hut comes equipped with all the essentials you need for stress-free break. It contains a roomy shower room to freshen up, a kitchen with everything you need to make a light meal and under-bed storage to organise your personal effects. There's an elegant  sofa and a smart TV,  alongside a king sized bed.
