The Smithy -

This accommodation is entirely on the ground floor, making it accessible for those with limited mobility as well. There is a comfortable sitting room with sofas, coffee tables, FreeSat TV and DVD Player, WiFi, books, board games and jigsaw puzzles.  French windows open onto the large patio and surrounding countryside. The fully fitted and well-equipped dining kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and chair. The single bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, and bedside cabinet. The family bathroom has a shower, wash-hand basin, illuminated mirror, WC and heated towel rail.  All rooms have amazing views.

There is a small hall cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board (iron in kitchen cupboard) and clothes airer.

There is a large outdoor seating area with garden furniture, and wonderful views over the countryside.

There is a parking space at the side of the cottage and more parking across the road on the gravel area.

Radiators throughout, with thermostat control on the wall in the living room; central heating and electricity are included in your rental. Free WiFi is available. All bed linen and towels provided.
