Love being outdoors? Want to try something a bit different? Then how about an outdoor yoga and sensory nature walk experience?The location couldn't be better. Set in 6 acres of grounds in the middle of beautiful Dalby Forest, High Dalby House is stunning. And our hosts - Linda and Ian - are extremely warm and welcoming. We're sure you'll love it.
The outdoor gentle, yoga session will take place on their purpose-built decking, overlooked by native, deciduous trees. You almost feel you're part of the canopy here. The atmosphere is totally tranquil too.
Afterwards we'll weave our way around their mature woodland. Threaded by a babbling beck, and surrounded with beautiful birdcall, the area is a nature lovers delight. But this walk is less about identifying what you'll discover.
Our sensory walk fine-tunes what you can see, hear, feel, smell and taste. Colours become much brighter. Sounds more exquisite. Natural perfumes have more depth. Enhancing your senses like this is a magical way of bringing you alive to all that's around you in that moment. The result? You'll feel amazing: calmer, relaxed, grounded and maybe awe-inspired. You might even forget your worries for a while too.
