Woodend is a gallery and creative industries hub, open to the public. Next door to Scarborough Art Gallery, Woodend is the former holiday home of the famous literary family - the Sitwells. Many of the rooms, including the Gallery, still boast an array of charming period features in this delightful heritage building. Sitwell by Eat Me café is based in the room that was the family’s dining room.

By car There is no car parking on site as Woodend is adjacent to a main road, however there is on street pay and display car parking on The Crescent for approximately 40+ vehicles and a pay and display undercover car park at the Brunswick Centre at York Place. Blue Badge and disabled parking is subject to the local council policy and to access the up to date car parking information use www.scarborough.gov.uk
