Yoga, mindfulness and night awe-walk - Great Fryup Dale

Book Tickets Online

Standing on top of a wild moor in the middle of winter you'll feel very much alive.

Even more so when you look upwards to a huge sky, studded with stars, planets and constellations. If it's clear, you'll be able to see the Milky Way with the naked eye too.

This evening also coincides with the new moon making it a dark night. Excellent conditions for a spot of stargazing - if it's clear.

But this evening is so much more than this too. It's an opportunity to slow down, chill out and embrace the beautiful, stunning heavens above you.

We'll include a slow and gentle yoga session that will ground you to this earth. Followed by the most amazing night sky meditation to connect you to the heavens above. Afterwards we'll head out on a night walk that'll engage all your senses to ramp up your WOW-factor. By the end of the evening you'll feel utterly amazing - and hopefully feel awe. An emotion even more beneficial than happiness.
