  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Interactive tools and transactions

  • the date picker for our accommodation search isn’t accessible for users who have JavaScript disabled. This is because our form controls are missing the ‘label’ tags which are generated by JavaScript. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.4.6 - Headings and Labels (non-text content).
  • our accommodation availability search may be presented differently for users with assistive technology or difficult to navigate using a keyboard. This is because our platform uses the same ‘label’ tags for multiple elements. This fails Success Criterion 1.3.1 and 4.1.1 (non-text content).

We are working with our website provider and plan to have these issues fixed by September 2021.
