Scarborough Disability Action Group (DAG) helps over 6,000 disabled people in Scarborough & District each year by providing information and advice about a wide range of key issues surrounding disability. Our aim is offer local disabled the opportunity to achieve empowerment and full integration into the local community.

Scarborough DAG was established over 25 years ago and is staffed almost entirely by committed volunteers. In 2013 we moved to The Street, the large new building on William Street Car Park just off Dean Road.

Road Directions

Located within 'The Street' which is a community building, off Dean road which is central Scarborough.

From Railway station by car:
Take a right and immediate left onto North Street. Turn right onto Victoria Road. Continue down road until you reach traffic lights on cross roads. Take a left onto Dean Road and take next available right into William Street coach park. The Street is the large building at top of car park.

There are four free disabled parking spots to the left hand side of the building on Wrea Lane, and plenty of paid-for car parking (even with a blue badge, payable from 9:30-16:30).
