Whitby Tourist Information Centre is situated on Langbourne Road at the entrance to the Endeavour Wharf Car park in Whitby Town.

Services available at the information centre include:

- A guide to local attractions from Castles and Abbeys to children's adventure play centres and fairs

Road Directions

By Road:
On approach to Whitby on A171. Following signs for the Railway Station, at mini roundabout continue on to Bagdale. At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Langbourne Road. TIC is in the Harbour Office at the entrance to the Endeavour Wharf Car Park.

By Public Transport:
The train station is a short walk from the TIC. There are approximately four trains leaving daily to Middlesborough. In addition to this there is a service run by the North Yorkshire Moors Railway attraction that takes visitors through the unrivalled North York Moors to Pickering, stopping a various scenic villages along the way.

Furthermore, there is a local bus service taking visitors south towards the seaside resort of Scarborough via Robin Hoods Bay and north to Middlesborough via Runswick Bay and Staithes.
