Scarborough Seaside & Family Attractions

A trip to Scarborough seafront is an essential part of childhood and is the perfect place for the whole family whatever your budget. A day on the beach building sandcastles, paddling, feeling the sand between your toes, ice cream, donkey rides – the list of fun is endless!

Scarborough seafront also offers twice as much beach compared to that of other holiday resorts, with two bays, each with its own very different character. The South Bay glitters with amusement arcades, ice cream parlours and shellfish stalls; while the quieter North Bay, just a 20-minute walk around the glorious Marine and Royal Albert Drive, or ten-minute ride on one of the regular open-topped buses, offers a more relaxing and nostalgic day out.

However the seaside is not all this town has to offer! There are a wide range of other Scarborough attractions to enjoy, use the search bar below to find out more!
