We recommend you follow current public health advice and maintain social distancing.

Quayside was opened in 1999 by the Fusco family and is housed in one of the town's oldest buildings on Whitby's historic quayside. The family have been serving fish and chips in Whitby for over 50 years and the restaurant remains family owned and managed. Quayside is now a well renowned, nationally acclaimed, award-winning fish restaurant which prides itself on only using the best, sustainable produce. Fish and chips are deep-fried in the traditional way using beef dripping and the family's own batter recipe. Gluten free fish and chips are available on the menu throughout the week with no need to pre-book. The restaurant is fully licensed, family friendly (with a children's menu and seating options for all ages) as well as having full facilities for disabled customers.
