The Yorkshire Coast is one of the best areas for surf in England. This stretch of coastline boasts some of the UKs finest beaches and with its natural geology creating spectacular surfing conditions, it makes the East Coast a perfect place to stay for a surfing holiday.

And, if the surf decides not to play ball, and you're not one for sitting around twiddling your thumbs, take a day trip out to the North York Moors. A quick 10 - 20 minute drive and you'll find yourself surrounded by some of the most picturesque places to go for a walk or long-distance hike. There's some brand-new bike trails too, with routes on offer for all abilities - great fun!
