Sandsend

Just around the corner from Whitby, you will find the gorgeous little village of Sandsend. It is so close in fact that from the beach you will be able to see Whitby Pier and Whitby Abbey! You will find Sandsend is another village of which the Cleveland Way passes through, a great trail to walk if you fancy a trip to the neighbouring town of Whitby or Runswick Bay village. Like many other of the Yorkshire Coast beaches, Sandsend is also a great spot for rock pooling, so grab your net and bucket and see what you can find!
